What is the minimum age to rent a AVIS car?
The minimum age to rent a AVIS car is 21 years. Drivers that are between 21-25 years will be charged a young driver fee for each day of the rental with a maximum of 10 days.

St. Maarten: Yes, inside of Princess Juliana International Airport arrival hall. St. Maartin: Yes, in front of Grand Case Regional Airport.
Do I have to refuel the car before returning it to AVIS?
You are advised to return the car with the same amount of fuel as when you collected it. Any missing gas will be billed at current AVIS rates.

Are there possibilities to bring the AVIS car after hours?
The vehicle should be returned during the normal AVIS station opening hours. Any vehicle returned outside the opening hours will stay under the customer's responsibility until the start of the next AVIS working day. The rental period will stop when the AVIS office re-opens, then the rental agreement is terminated and the amount charged will be calculated accordingly.
How do I get from Princess Juliana International Airport to my AVIS car?

What happens if my plane is delayed?
