Driver's license issued at least 12 months previously.

You are advised to return the car with the same amount of fuel as when you collected it. Any missing gas will be billed at current AVIS rates.

• The vehicle should be returned during normal AVIS station opening hours. Any vehicle returned outside opening hours shall be at the client's risk. Rental will be billed as finishing at the start of the next AVIS working day.

Our rates are only valid for the collection and return of a vehicle at an AVIS station.
Any delivery or recovery of a vehicle from any other location will be billed at a flat rate.

Our rates include:

• Unlimited Mileage.
  
• Oil, maintenance, car documents.
• Civil liability, third-party and fire insurance,
• Repatriation of the car in the event of an accident.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Fuel for the vehicle is not included in our rates.
• For vehicles rented at promotional rates, any failure to comply to the duration of the rental agreement as stipulated in said agreement, the charges will revert to the published rates retroactively from the date of inception of the rental agreement.

Additional Services

Airport fee
An AVIS airport fee will be charged for any rental from St. Maarten Princess Juliana Airport or from St. Martin Regional Airport.

One-way fees
A one-way fee will be charged per rental.

Extra driver
An extra driver fee will be charged for each day of the rental with a maximum of 10 days.

Drivers under 25
An young driver fee will be charged for each day of the rental with a maximum of 10 days.

For your own convenience, we would advise paying for your rental by charge card or by an Avis-approved rental voucher.
When you collect your car, you will be asked to make a deposit payment amounting to US$ 500, (Cat. L = US$ 3000) by charge card only, if the LDW additional coverage policies are accepted.
